Teodora Guererra is an abstract artist whose work is shaped by her travels across the United States and beyond. Her time in Arizona inspired a bold exploration of color and layered underpainting, while the shifting seasons of the East Coast led her to develop expressive, textural techniques, including her signature use of dripping and palette knife application. Working primarily with thick impasto, her compositions focus on the emotional resonance of color and texture. Her paintings evoke the quiet power of nature through meditative, layered surfaces that suggest landscapes, light, and atmosphere without direct representation.
