Rudolf Kosow is a German painter who has exhibited his works worldwide. He paints three main themes: human, animal, and landscape, and combines these elements to create a unique and special atmosphere and aesthetics. Realistic figures meet in a strange and surreal manner, allowing each viewer to interpret the ambiguity of each painting. Born in 1972 in Karaganda (Kazakhstan), Rudolf studied free painting and art education at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart from 1994 to 2001 under the guidance of Professors M. Baumgartl and P. Chevalier. He has been an art teacher since 2005. "The aim of my painting is a realistic representation, although in a surrealist context. My intention is to represent things in a realistic and homogeneous context, except that the collision of these elements in real life would be impossible or very unlikely." "What motivates me the most when I paint is the idea that I create a 'new life' in the form of a painting that impacts people emotionally."
